More progress on the Airstream lodges

In the ARC workshop today we are making more progress on this pair of vintage Airstreams which are going to be used as hunting lodges for our client. Here you can see Rich and Tom fitting the new aluminium to Lodge 1:

The Pool House Airstream

In the ARC workshop today: this Airstream Safari is being transformed into a luxury pool house for one of our clients. The beauty of having a static Airstream in your garden is that they don’t generally need planning permission. In these photos you can see it’s having the insulation and first fix electrics and then being relined with new aluminium which is being riveted into place by our team of Airstream experts.

1953 Airstream Cruiser restoration

In the workshop today – this 1952 Airstream Cruiser is getting the ARC treatment. The interior is being stripped out, the floor is coming out, the chassis is being painted and then it is being fitted with new insulation and a new floor as we repair it from the ground up. At the moment it is in a very sorry state so do stay tuned to the blog to see how this project progresses, we just love the original features like the door handles and original Airstream badge.
