In the workshop today – this damaged Airstream has come in for some repairs. A new panel is being fitted in accordance with the owners insurance policy.
The rot in the floor is a very common problem in Vintage Airstreams, which is why we always pull up the old floor and start with repairing and painting the chassis.
This photo shows the state that some window frames are in before we start working on them.
Here a new panel and new original window are being fitted to an Airstream Overlander Whaletail. Above is a before picture – and below is the after.

Here at ARC we have a new dent removal system. Here you can see Will (above) stretching out the Aluminium before completing the rest of the process.
